The Glamping Show USA makes this information relevant to all levels of business owners by creating two distinct tracks:

Those just taking your first steps in launching a glamping business, can find it daunting.

Equip yourself with the tools to make those early decisions. What financial tools could be available to me? How do I get people to my property? Where is my marketing spend best used? Have I considered every possible scenario of what could go wrong? Or do I just need a little encouragement and inspiration to take the final step and sign on the dotted line? Whatever it is, we’ve got you covered.

In addition to hearing experts share their knowledge on some of the critical steps you need to take, you will be able to chat online with like-minded explorers.

You have been in business for a while – now what? There are always new challenges and plenty to learn. Is bigger necessarily better? How do you attract mid-week bookings and prepare for low season? What are your options for expanding your business? Hear from industry leaders and successful site owners who have valuable experience to share.

Sessions will start at 9 am, Mountain Time, and there will be 11 sessions, four presentations on Days 1 and 2, three presentations on Day 3. Registered delegates who miss a program will be able to see the recorded session at any time over the 3-day show period.

In the glamping industry, capital can often seem elusive and hard to track down. The good news is that investments in the glamping industry are hitting record levels and businesses are being funded every day.

In this American Glamping Association (AGA)-sponsored session, you’ll learn from industry experts how to position yourself and your business when you are approaching investment conversation, and what investors are looking for in their typical investment thesis.

Learn how to access capital and the different capital sources that are accessible to you as a first time operator or proven entity. Or, if you are looking at friends and family, debt options, or equity solutions,  there are things you should know before signing off.

Post-Covid investment opportunities are out there.  Various institutional investors are looking at capitalizing on the opportunity that low-touch high-return glamping operations can provide. There are very creative ways that people are now looking at investing and different ways to structure joint ventures that are a win-win.

Last year KOA shared with us the American Glamping Study and concepts of future RV parks. Are these compatible businesses?
